a small spell (to make police obsolete)

A telephone pole on the Southwest side of Chicago features layers of worn fliers. Front and center is a verticle mixed media banner made of translucent plastic and attached to the poll with bright pink zip ties. A set of silver handcuffs are visible within the plastic, covered in crystals, and submerged in deep maroon liquid. Yellow and magenta herbs are also embedded inside. The edges of the rectangular plastic are sewn with thread. A clay chain dangles from the bottom right corner, ending with a small polaroid picturing black font on white paper reading: "STRONG COMMUNITIES MAKE POLICE OBSOLETE".
